Today we celebrated the final moments of sound design with champagne in the beautiful new Studio B at Studio West with Mark Kirchner and Gary Miranda. In addition to ADR, the team at Studio West enhanced the soundtrack with approximately 600 new sound effects, 90% of which were culled from about 4000 takes during the foley portion of their sound work. The director's cut had 72 tracks, and the festival cut had 65 tracks (a screenshot of the tracks can be seen above).
